Because many of the pieces we carry are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or produced in tiny runs, small variations in color, weave, stitching, and dimensions are part of the character of the work — not defects. Photographs are representative; the piece you receive will be the exact item shown or the closest available from that maker.
3. Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel any order affected by an obvious error, in which case any charge will be refunded in full.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and, once online sales are live, when payment is captured. Until acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a piece has just been sold in-store).
